Three roles in an EpikDoc Pro clinic: Admin (everything), Doctor (clinical and own calendar), Staff (front-desk). Change roles any time from Settings → Team & Roles.

How do I export my clinic’s data?
Reports → CSV / PDF for revenue, visits, treatments. Settings → Data → Export patients for the full patient list. Email support for a complete clinic export package.

How do I delete a patient record permanently?
Open the patient → ⋯ menu → Delete patient. Type the patient name to confirm. Deletion is not reversible from inside the app — contact support within 7 days if you need to recover.

What’s the difference between clinical reminders and marketing messages?
Clinical reminders (appointment, balance, prescription) send regardless of consent toggles. Marketing messages (promotions, recall campaigns) require explicit opt-in per patient.
