How do I upload an X-ray or document for a patient?

Open the patient → Files tab (or click the + on the timeline → Upload file). Drag in a JPG, PNG or PDF up to 25 MB, add a short label like "IOPA 36, pre-RCT", and tap Upload. The file appears on the patient timeline and in the X-ray gallery.
How to upload
- Open the patient → Files tab (or + menu on the timeline).
- Drag the file into the upload area, or click Choose file.
- Add a short label so it’s easy to find later.
- Tap Upload.
Accepted formats and limits
- JPG, PNG — for X-rays, intra-oral photos, scanned forms.
- PDF — for lab reports, signed consent forms, referral letters.
- Max 25 MB per file.
Where the file appears
- On the patient timeline as an Upload card.
- In the X-ray gallery (for image files) — full-screen viewer with zoom.
- In the Files tab as a list, searchable by label.
