How do I add a new patient?
Add a new patient via the 3-tab wizard: enter identity (name, mobile, email), medical history (conditions, allergies), and communication address. Takes about a minute.

How do I add a walk-in patient who doesn’t have a phone number?
The mobile number field is optional. Add the walk-in with just a name and any other info they offer. SMS/WhatsApp reminders won’t work for them, but everything else does.

A duplicate match appeared while adding a patient — what now?
When the system detects an existing patient with the same phone or email, choose: This is the same person, Link as family member, or Create anyway. Use the right option to avoid double records.

How do I link a parent and child as family members?
Households link family members who share a contact number while keeping clinical records separate. Trigger via the duplicate-match card → Link as family member.

How do I upload an X-ray or document for a patient?
Open the patient → Files tab (or + on the timeline). Drag a JPG, PNG or PDF up to 25 MB, label it (e.g. "IOPA 36, pre-RCT"), and Upload. Appears on the timeline and X-ray gallery.

How do I use case tags to track where a patient is in treatment?
Case tags are short internal labels (e.g. "In treatment", "Awaiting lab work") visible only to your team. Add or remove from the patient header. Filter the patient list by tag.
