I’m not receiving my login OTP — what should I do?
If your EpikDoc Pro login OTP isn’t arriving on SMS, wait the full 30-second cooldown, check the country code, look in your SMS spam folder, then try password login as a fallback.

How do I sign in with a phone OTP?
Sign in to EpikDoc Pro with phone OTP: type your 10-digit mobile, tap Send OTP, enter the 6-digit code from SMS, tap Verify & Sign in. Takes about 15 seconds.

How do I sign in with email and password?
On the login page, choose the Password tab, enter your email (or phone) and password, tick Remember me on trusted devices, and tap Sign in. Or use Continue with Google for password-less sign-in.

How do I verify my mobile and email?
After signup you verify your mobile via 6-digit OTP and your email via a one-click link. You need BOTH verified before you can add patients. Each link expires after 24 hours.

Why am I asked to verify before adding a patient?
EpikDoc Pro requires both mobile and email verified before you can add patients. If either is unverified, a modal asks you to verify. Tap Verify now, finish the OTP or email link, then try again.

How do I reset my password?
On the login page, click Forgot password, type your email, then check your inbox for a reset link. Click it, set a new password (8+ chars with one uppercase, digit, and special char), sign in.
