How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, click Forgot password? Enter the email on your account and tap Send reset link. Open the email and click the link inside (valid 24 hours). Set a new password — minimum 8 characters with at least one uppercase, one digit and one special character — and you’re back in.
Password requirements
- At least 8 characters.
- At least one uppercase letter (A–Z).
- At least one digit (0–9).
- At least one special character (e.g. ! @ # $).
Reset link expired?
Reset links are valid for 24 hours. If you missed the window, click Forgot password? again to get a new link.
Didn’t get the reset email?
- Check spam / junk.
- Confirm the email matches the one on your account (typos happen).
- Try the OTP login instead — see "Signing in with phone OTP".
- Contact support from a phone number on your account if you’re still stuck.
