Open the invoice → + Record Payment. Enter the amount, pick the method (Cash, UPI, Card, Bank transfer, or Online via Razorpay), and Save. The invoice balance updates.

Record multiple payments against the same invoice. Each one updates Paid / Balance live. Use balance reminders to nudge patients still owing.

Open the patient → Treatment Plans → + New Plan. Add procedures with tooth/area, cost, timing. Share as PDF via Print, Email or WhatsApp. Mark each line Done as you progress.

Open the invoice with a balance → Send reminder → pick channel(s) and optionally attach a fresh payment link → Send. Every reminder is logged on the patient timeline.
