How do I record a payment against an invoice?

Open the invoice from the patient’s Billing tab → + Record Payment. Enter the amount, pick the method (Cash, UPI, Card, Bank transfer, or Online via Razorpay), and tap Save payment. The invoice balance updates immediately and a receipt is generated.
Payment methods
- Cash — record cash received in person.
- UPI — record a UPI transfer received outside the app.
- Card — card swiped on your terminal outside the app.
- Bank transfer — direct NEFT / IMPS / RTGS.
- Online (Razorpay) — generate a payment link the patient can pay via UPI / card / net banking. The invoice auto-updates when they pay.
Sending a Razorpay payment link
- Pick Online (Razorpay) as the method.
- Choose to send the payment link by SMS or WhatsApp.
- The patient receives a link. When they complete payment, the invoice marks the payment automatically.
