How do I create a patient invoice?

Open the patient → Billing → + New Invoice. Pick services from your clinic’s fee list, adjust quantity / unit price / discount per line if needed, add a note, review the GST line (applied automatically), then tap Save & preview. From the preview you can Print, Email, or WhatsApp the invoice straight to the patient.
Walkthrough
- Open the patient → Billing → + New Invoice.
- In the Service field, pick a procedure from your fee list. Add more lines with + Add line.
- Per line, edit quantity, unit price, or discount as needed.
- Optionally add a note ("Includes lab fees").
- Review the GST / tax line — applied automatically based on your clinic’s tax setup.
- Click Save & preview to see the printable version.
- Send to the patient: Print, Email, or WhatsApp.
How GST is calculated
Tax is applied per your clinic’s tax setup in Settings. If your state has 0% GST on healthcare consultations, the line shows GST (0%). If your clinic is GST-registered for ancillary services, those line items show the applicable rate.
