How do I edit a clinical note after it’s saved?
Open the patient’s Smart Timeline, click the note, tap Edit, change any of the 10 fields, and Save. The visit stays anchored at the original date.

Can I upload an audio file instead of recording live?
Yes. Open the patient → + New Clinical Note → Upload audio. Pick an .mp3, .wav, or .m4a file (up to 100 MB) and the same 10 structured fields populate.

How do AI Insights prefill prescriptions, appointments and plans?
After a voice note saves, the AI Insights card suggests up to four follow-up actions — add prescription, schedule follow-up, generate treatment plan, review X-ray — each pre-filled from what you dictated.

EpikVoice is the full voice clinical note — 10 structured fields. Consultation Summary is a shorter end-of-visit recap that captures sentiment and topics and can prefill an EpikVoice note.
