How do I record a voice clinical note?
Last updated: 2026-05-26
Open the patient, click + New Clinical Note, choose EpikVoice, tap the red Record button, allow microphone access if prompted, dictate the visit naturally, then tap Stop. The 10 clinical fields populate in 30-60 seconds — review, edit anything that needs correcting, and tap Save Note.
