How do I install the EpikDoc Pro mobile app?

Search "EpikDoc Pro" on the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and install. Open the app and sign in with the same email or phone you use on the web. Your patients, clinical notes, appointments, billing, and team are all there — both devices stay in sync automatically.
Install
- iOS — open the App Store, search EpikDoc Pro, tap Get.
- Android — open the Play Store, search EpikDoc Pro, tap Install.
Sign in
Use the same email/phone and password (or Google sign-in) you use on pro.epikdoc.ai. The mobile app does not need a separate account.
How sync works
Anything you do on either device shows on the other within a few seconds. Record a voice clinical note on the phone in the chair, edit it from the desktop at the end of the day — same record either way.
Permissions to allow
- Microphone — required for EpikVoice recordings.
- Camera — required to take photos of records or X-rays directly from the patient screen.
- Notifications — required so you get appointment reminders and "ticket replied" alerts.
