What plans does EpikDoc Pro offer?
EpikDoc Pro offers a free trial, a quarterly plan (lower upfront commitment), and an annual plan (best value per month). Live pricing is on the in-app billing screen.

How do I upgrade from the free trial to a paid plan?
Settings → Billing → pick a plan → apply promo code if you have one → Pay now. You go to Razorpay to complete payment via UPI / card / net banking. Plan activates immediately.

How do I apply a promo code at checkout?
On the payment summary, type the promo code in the Promo code field, click Apply. If valid, discount line appears and total updates. Errors: expired, not applicable, limit reached.

What are EpikDoc Pro credits and what consumes them?
Credits power features that involve cloud processing or outbound messaging: voice transcription, image analysis, SMS, WhatsApp. Day-to-day actions don’t use credits.

How do I cancel or pause my EpikDoc Pro subscription?
Email support@epikdoc.ai from your registered address with "Cancel subscription" or "Pause subscription" in the subject. We confirm before any action. Data is retained read-only during a grace period.

How do I see how much of my plan I’ve used?
The Usage & Credits screen shows per-feature meters — clinical notes, X-ray analysis, WhatsApp, SMS, storage — and what you’ve used against your plan limits.
