How do I see how much of my plan I’ve used?
Last updated: 2026-06-13
Open Settings → Usage & Credits (or click the credit balance in the header). You’ll see per-feature meters showing what your plan includes and how much you’ve used this cycle — for clinical notes, X-ray analysis, WhatsApp, SMS, and storage. When a feature’s plan allowance runs out, further use spills over to your purchased credits, and the meter shows “Over plan”.
Plan Usage (current period)
The Plan Usage card lists the features your plan includes an allowance for, each as a meter: how many you’ve used out of your limit, a progress bar, and a badge showing how many are left (or “Over plan” in red once you pass the limit). This covers things like clinical notes, X-ray analysis, and WhatsApp messages — whatever your plan bundles.
SMS usage
SMS has its own card showing messages sent versus your plan’s SMS allowance for the current period, with the period dates and a “Within plan” or “Over plan” badge. SMS is metered separately from your credit balance so you can see text-message volume on its own.
Storage
If your plan includes a storage limit, the Storage card shows how much of it you’ve used — documents plus X-ray images stored for the clinic — as “X MB / Y GB” with a progress bar. If you’re near the limit, free up space by removing files you no longer need, or upgrade.
Purchased credits used
The Purchased credits card shows only what you’ve spent beyond your plan allowances, broken down by feature (X-ray analysis, clinical notes, WhatsApp) so you can see where your credits actually go. One credit equals ₹1. Plan usage is shown separately above — this card is strictly the spillover.
