How do I set consultation timings and fees?

Open Settings → Clinic. Under Consultation Timings, set start and end times per day of the week. Under Consultation Fees, click + Add service for each procedure you charge for and enter its fee in INR. Save. The calendar respects the timings; the invoice form auto-fills the fees.
Consultation timings
Click the gear icon in the sidebar to open Settings, then choose Clinic → Consultation Timings.
- For each day Monday to Sunday, set the start and end time using the time pickers.
- Switch a day off (toggle to Closed) if your clinic doesn’t open that day.
- Click Save.
Consultation fees
Under the same Clinic settings area, choose Consultation Fees.
- Click + Add service.
- Type a service name (e.g. "General Consultation", "Root Canal — single visit", "Cleaning & Polish").
- Enter the fee in INR.
- Repeat for every service or procedure you charge for.
- Click Save.
How fees show up in the app
- When you create an invoice, the service list comes from this fee list.
- When you generate a treatment plan, each line item picks from the same list.
- You can override the price on any individual invoice without changing the master list.
