What do the dashboard tiles mean?
Last updated: 2026-05-26
The home dashboard shows six tiles: Total Patients, Total Doctors, Appointments Today, Clinical Notes (7 days), X-Rays Analysed, and Revenue This Month. Each tile shows a value plus a delta against the comparison period. Below the tiles you see recent clinical notes and upcoming appointments.
The six KPI tiles
| Tile | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Total Patients | All-time count of patients in your clinic, with "N new this month". |
| Total Doctors | Active doctors on your team. |
| Appointments Today | Today’s appointment count, compared to yesterday. |
| Clinical Notes (7 days) | Rolling 7-day count of clinical notes recorded. |
| X-Rays Analysed | Uploaded X-rays processed in the period. |
| Revenue This Month | Collected revenue so far this month, compared to the same point last month. |
Reading the delta arrows
- A green up arrow means the metric grew vs. the comparison period.
- A red down arrow means it dropped.
- A grey dash means there isn’t enough prior data to compare yet (typical for the first few weeks).
Below the tiles

- Upcoming appointments — next few sessions sorted by time.
- Pending actions — invoices awaiting payment, X-rays pending review, follow-ups due.
