What do the dashboard tiles mean?

Last updated: 2026-05-26

The home dashboard shows six tiles: Total Patients, Total Doctors, Appointments Today, Clinical Notes (7 days), X-Rays Analysed, and Revenue This Month. Each tile shows a value plus a delta against the comparison period. Below the tiles you see recent clinical notes and upcoming appointments.

The six KPI tiles

Reading the delta arrows

  • A green up arrow means the metric grew vs. the comparison period.
  • A red down arrow means it dropped.
  • A grey dash means there isn’t enough prior data to compare yet (typical for the first few weeks).
